“I do three things for clients:
I identify blind spots in their planning.
I provide them with access to our suite of tools, resources, and professionals.
I give them strategies that aim to protect and preserve their hard-earned family wealth.”
A partner at Nemes Rush, Chris is responsible for leading his clients through each stage of their financial lives. He prides himself on being a responsive and strategic advisor.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Chris learned the importance of financial planning and investment analysis as a certified public accountant (CPA) serving Deloitte's private equity clients. His deep understanding of tax and estate planning strategies enables him to identify blind spots and find solutions for his high-net-worth clients.
While Chris’s passion for wealth management clearly shines through with his clients, he also volunteers his time in the community. He understands the importance of educating tomorrow's leaders on subjects including personal finance, wealth management, and career development. He volunteers his time as a guest lecturer at the University of Detroit Mercy and Detroit Catholic Central High School.
Prior to co-founding Nemes Rush, Chris served as a Financial Advisor at Raymond James. He holds an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy College of Business and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he captained the Division I Men’s Lacrosse team. Chris lives in Plymouth, Michigan with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Charlie and Sofia. He enjoys volunteering, golfing, and cycling.
